Book Your Highland Hug Experience! 

Be there as the herd enthusiastically leaves the paddock for their morning adventure. We will walk with the cows as they browse and graze their way through the Alaskan boreal forest. This is an active excursion over uneven ground; Guests selecting this excursion should be in good health and have strong mobility. Dress in layers and have sturdy waterproof shoes.

Daily 9:00am • Tour Length: 2 hours • $120 per person.

Channel your inner cowhand as you join the team to corral the herd into the paddock. Enjoy this transition from the dense forest to the wide-open expanse of the homestead. Help feed the cows their afternoon hay and spend time brushing and petting them. Once the work is done, cuddle the calves in the pasture. This excursion can be tailored to the needs of the group.

Gather at the picnic table in the pasture for an evening with friends among the cows. Hug, brush, and immerse yourselves in the herd during the beautiful Alaskan evening. There may even be a chance to forage and sample some local delicacies. Great for all ages and abilities. Come hungry!
